08 Air - Love 2 (Astralwerks)
breezy pop I’ve always liked Air’s fl oaty pop held aloft by its ‘60s stylings. Even though this is the first album they’ve produced alone – they also take on vocal duties and Joey Waronker drums throughout the album – Air isn’t really flying to any new destinations on their fi fth release. Their music has always been easy on the ears and Love 2 is no exception – tracks such as “Tropical Disease” even risk wafting over into too easy listening. But the dirty space rock of “Do the Joy” and, well, the general lush Airiness of it all seduces as always. (LC) 3 / 5 Partager cet article
